April's Potato Salad

6 Red potatoes
3 boiled eggs
1 onion (chopped)
Pickle relish
Salt to taste
Pepper
Yellow Mustard
1 ½ cup mayonnaise


Peel and cube the Potatoes put them in a pot, with the eggs fill pot up with cold water and they can be cooked together boil until potatoes are tender , drain and cool peel the eggs and chop up whites only . In a new bowl chop up yolks; and add mayonnaise, a little mustard mix together and add to the potatoes, egg whites, onion, pickle relish add the salt and pepper. Cool and
Chill for 2 hours.
