1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. ground bay leaf
PREPARATION:
Whisk ingredients together in a non reactive
bowlInject into pork butts. Use throughout
cook, but this marinade/mop needs to remain
on a warmer.
