on with them in 2003, from then
on I have been hooked on the BBQ
circuit."
Marc
has been cooking professional for
10 plus years in the food industry.
After the previous team fizzled
out Marc joined April and Alan in
May of 2004 and Lawrenceburg,Tn.
was the first event for all in June
of the same year.
It's
been a healthy addiction (if you
can call it that) ever since
