You can enjoy the championship quality of P.S.I.P. BBQ at your business lunch, company picnic, wedding reception, or private party.  We would be delighted to assist you in planning the food for your event, no matter the size from 25 to 500. In order to provide our best service, please place your catering order well in advance of your event.

Tennessee Waltz 8.00 per person	Meat choices include: Texas Beef Brisket (Sliced or Chopped) Tennessee Pulled Pork Shredded Chicken (White and Dark Meat) *Add another meat selection to any buffet for an additional $2.00 per person.
One sliced or shredded meat (1/4 pound of meat per person) and two sides.  Bread or buns, sauce, and pickles. *Add another meat to this buffet for an additional $2.00 per person.
Music City Duo               10.50 per person	Side dish choices include: BBQ Beans                         Sweet Creamy Coleslaw Potato Salad             *Add a third side dish to any buffet for an additional $1.00 per person.
